Preparation for surgery

    Bioimplantation surgery takes about 20 minutes and is made in the conditions of intravenous anesthesia at the inpatient department. In a day prior to the surgery the patient passed medical tests, undergoes mammography and visits an anesthesiologist. In the context of serious concomitant diseases the visit to anesthesiologist shall be appointed in advance, thus allowing individual selection of anesthesia and postoperative patient management. All the examinations are performed by express method at BEAUTY PLAZA. The results are ready in a few hours.

    Chronology of singer Irina Dubtsova's surgery:

    On May 28, 2009 - visit to Professor Aleksandr Tepliashin (MD). Irina was advised to use French biological implants manufactured by ARION company on the basis of polysaccharides with patented membrane Monobloc®. On June 01, 2009 Irina passed all the formalities required for the surgery: examination, mammography, and anesthesiologist.

      10.10 - some minutes for the discussion of final details prior to the surgery.
      10.30 - Start!
    Aleksandr Tepliashin performs his special micro-incision at the nipple's pigment line. Sky blue implant inserted beneath musculus pectoralis major without damage to delicate tissues of mammary gland. The adhesion by biological glue prevents from the formation of scar in future.
      10.50 - Completion! On the background of ovations by present journalists of mass media the surgery duration was recorded: 20 minutes.

    June 05, 2009 - Ira left for home as she insisted on discharge; there her son Artiom waited for her.
